Thursday January 10th.
A day of mixed emotions......Our little girl turns two today, and sadly, we are not there to hold her and wish her a happy birthday!! We will celebrate when we meet her in China though.....as our Travel Approval arrived today!!!! Hooray!! Now we can make plans to travel......we are coming little ones!!! We are coming!!!!

Happy New Year to all!!
We are looking forward to this new year, and our new additions to our family! It will be a busy year, with surgeries, treatment and therapies for both of the little ones that will join us very soon.....we hope! We are still hoping to travel mid-end of January. However, we are still waiting for the 'ellusive' TA (travel approval)! If it doesn't arrive soon, we may have to wait and travel towards the end of February, after all the Chinese New Year celebrations are over. All government offices close during the Chinese New Year, and as much as I would love to see the celebrations, we cannot afford to spend extra time in hotels. We are anxious to bring our little ones home soon, especially our little girl, who needs to see our Cardiologist asap.
I hope my next post is to say we have 'TA'!!

December......
I-800 arrived (approval from Immigration to bring these two specific children into the county.)
NVC sent, and Article 5 issued....all steps in the paperwork to bring our little ones home.
Now, as we wait for Christmas, we are also waiting for our 'Travel Approval' so we can go and get our littles! Once TA arrives, we can then book our tickets......despite the fact we still have to find the remaining funds to 'pay' for our travel, accomodation, etc.....
But, it is Christmas, and Tamzyn's first one with her family......so very special!!
